ScanBi Diagnostics enlarges its range of allergen tests with three new tests for detection of Walnut, Peanut and Cashew nut in food.

The tests are based on qualitative detection of a specific DNa sequence from each nut. Limit of detection is 5 species spedific DNA copies corresponding to approximately 5-50 mg nut/kg food depending on analysed sample and processing grade.
